The 200 year old olive farm sits on the side of a mountain in Andalucia, Spain, protected from vehicle pollution and other environmental nasties, farmed in the traditional way from years gone by without pesticide spraying.

I have worked as a massage therapist since 2013, having qualified after completing a full time, one year course, in the UK. Since then, I have continued my learning journey and am one of the most qualified and certificated massage therapists in the Malaga Province. My massage is prescriptive, as not every style suits all. Whether you are looking for a deep tissue or Swedish massage, or a more gentle aromatherapy massage, I can and will adapt to suit the client.

In the last twelve years, since qualifying, I have gone on to study cancer wellness massage (Certificated with the Amethyst Trust), manual lymph drainage, pregnancy massage, herbal poultice massage, Thai massage, hot stone massage, and continue my learning journey on to this day. After a continuing learning journey of massage practice I have evolved into a very safe pair of hands.

I completed my yoga teacher training many years ago and often use this experience within the massage for stretching of limbs for drainage and joint mobility during the massage treatment. I continued my learning journey to date with courses in meditation and advanced as a Reiki Master Teacher over ten years ago. My experience has included working within a hospice setting on terminally ill patients, within an NHS setting for cancer patients and patient carers, focusing mainly on massage and reflexology.

I am very passionate about reflexology and offer a variety of services alongside my core massage treatments. In 2014 I qualified as a Foot Health Practitioner (FHP) after completing my year long certification in reflexology in 2013. My qualifications include a certificated aromatherapist, allowing me to blend essential oils rather than relying on a pre mixed blend, that other massage therapists often use. This enables me to blend according to the issues that might present for the need for a holistic treatment. I stock a full range of Doterra essential oils for blending and mixing with a premium carrier oil for a high quality massage experience. No two massages are ever the same, due to the prescriptive way that I work to suit the body that I am working on.

As a massage therapist, the learning journey is endless, with this year focusing on new treatments through training in new tools, being wood, bamboo and facial massage techniques for a natural facelift, without harsh chemicals or surgery.

I can either visit you, in the comfort of your own home, or you can visit me in my lovely treatment room in Comares. The choice is yours .....
